This notice describes how Nexxus Corporation, operating under the trade name "Nexxus Worldwide" ("we", "our"), handles personal information received through this website, by correspondence and in the course of our work.

It is intended to satisfy the principal requirements of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the UK GDPR, the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended (CCPA/CPRA), and similar privacy laws.

If we proceed to a working relationship, we may also collect identification, source-of-funds documentation and references in line with our compliance obligations.
